From the moment you receive your order, you have 14 days to change your mind. If you ordered as a registered user (with account) you have up to 60 days.
We remind you that we can make changes by size or color (waiting, if necessary, for production times again).
Otherwise, we will refund you the price as soon as we receive the return.
For orders under €100, return costs will be your responsibility.
For orders over €100, returns are free only in the event of a color/size change, partial return or return in exchange for points.
In the event of a return request with refund of a complete order, the return costs will be your responsibility. In this case, you can return the products via a courier/postal service of your choice or request a pre-filled return label for a fee, at an additional cost of €7 which will be deducted from the refund.
